After almost two years of planning, and lots of emails, we finally got married at the Laguna Chapel on 9th April 2009. We first fell in love with Thailand 10 years ago and knew then that we would get married there. From the moment we contacted Cindy, the service we received was nothing but first class. Cindy and her team were professional at all times, liaising with our legal correspondent in Bangkok and Kate at the Dusit Laguna on numerous occasions. Cindy even arranged for us to meet her at the Earls Court Wedding Show in London, the September before the wedding.

Despite the rain, everything went according to plan. Excellent provisions are made just in case of wet weather. In fact, by the end we didn?t even realise it was still raining! The photographers took some beautiful photos inside the chapel, which were just amazing. The chocolate cake was truly one of the best we have ever tasted. We just wish we?d eaten more of it at the time!

All of our guests were taken care of, including provisions made for my mother who is in a wheelchair. Our guests were especially overwhelmed by the visit from Lily, the Chapel's baby elephant. She was certainly one of the highlights of the day.

It really is difficult to put into words, how wonderful our day was. From the bottom of our hearts, we'd like to thank Cindy and her team for making our wedding so perfect. We have the most beautiful memories, for which we will be eternally grateful.

We are looking forward to returning to see our special name plate.
