TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Rates are quoted in Thai Baht and based on per villa per package, subject to prevailing Provincial Tax (1%), government tax (7%) and 10% Service Charge.
- Maximum villa occupancy for 3-Bedroom Pool Villa is 4 adults
- Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other hotel promotions and/or packages
PAYMENT POLICY
DEPOSIT:
- THB 12,000.00 NON REFUNDABLE – Due upon confirmation of Booking
- 50% of total price to be paid 90 days prior to the wedding.
- Balance due 7 days prior to wedding.
CANCELLATION POLICYis applicable in the following circumstances.
- Cancellation fee of 20% of entire wedding costs will be charged if cancelled 71-90 days prior to wedding date
- Cancellation fee of 50% of entire wedding costs will be charged if cancelled 41-70 days prior to wedding date
- Cancellation fee of 100% of entire wedding costs will be charged if cancelled 40 days prior to wedding date or parties no show.
